With simple ingredients you likely have on hand, this is  better than any restaurant garlic butter and going to become a staple in your home!

Delicious Garlic Butter

I absolutely love garlic butter, it’s delicious on bread, veggies and garlic toast.  This garlic butter has a secret little ingredient, a dash of lemon juice, making it extra yummy!

We make up big batches all of the time so I always have it on hand.  The great thing is that you can actually keep it in the fridge for a couple of weeks or even freeze it!  I take it straight from the freezer to toss with veggies or into mashed potatoes for a quick and delicious addition.  If you’d like to spread it onto bread, you can defrost it in the microwave on very low power for about 15 seconds.

How To Make Garlic Butter

It’s seriously easy. To make homemade garlic butter:

  • Chop the parsley, chives, and garlic.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve with your favorite recipes!

How Long Does Garlic Butter Last

Garlic butter will last about a week in the fridge. If you would like to use it longer, pop it in the freezer! I like to freeze garlic butter in an ice cube tray, so I have individual pieces to throw into my dishes.

It’s a simple and delicious addition to things like roasted root vegetables, steamed broccoli, or even air fryer mushrooms!
