Ingredients & Variations

CORN Fresh or frozen ears of corn air fry fast and easy! Choose ears that are of similar size. If your corn on the cob is too long to fit into the air fryer, cut the tips off or break them in half. Peel off the husk and silk before cooking.

SEASONINGS A little butter and salt and pepper are all that’s needed to bring out the sweet flavor of corn on the cob. Use your favorite flavored butter or seasonings to your liking.

VARIATIONS Sometimes it’s fun to dress it up with a couple of DIY seasoning blend ideas! Add Homemade Ranch Seasoning, Homemade Cajun Seasoning, or Adobo Seasoning to the melted butter.  Looking for something deliciously different? How to Cook Corn on the Cob in Air Fryer

  • Brush the corn with oil.
  • Place ears in the air fryer basket and cook as per the recipe below.
  • Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper before serving.

  • Preheat the air fryer before adding the corn.
  • Peel the corn and rinse any silk and dab them dry before brushing with oil.
  • Corn can be cooked in batches and kept warm using the warm setting or setting the air fryer to 170°F.
  • The easiest way to butter corn is to melt the butter and brush it with butter.

Leftovers

Keep leftover air fryer corn on the cob in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.

Leftover corn can also be cut off the cob and frozen or added to soups or stews.
